Recently, an author/
e-friend of mine asked if I would be willing to contribute a short article to an online newsletter she publishes.
"Talking Story" is the e-newsletter of authors,
Joyce Moyer Hostetter and
Carol Baldwin that, "discusses books for children and the process of writing, publishing and speaking for children." I of course said yes (I mean how cool!). I have to admit I struggled with the tight word limit and had several drafts of the article. My article is in the
August Issue which focuses on Using Humor in the Classroom. I hope you check it out!
Laura, you proved yourself a professional writer by struggling with the word count and following the guidelines! That is so hard to do.
